[Preparation]

 ‧ Ensure that the base surface is a polished concrete floor with good surface hardness. If there are minor holes, acrylic resin mortar can be used for partial repairs. If the quality of the base concrete is poor, it is recommended to apply a 5cm layer of concrete and  perform overall grinding and polishing to achieve a good base as much as possible.

 ‧ Clean the base surface, remove any dust, and eliminate surface water.

 ‧ Pre-clean any oil stains thoroughly.

[Application]

 ‧ Before use, thoroughly mix the material and dilute it with clean water at a ratio of 2 to 6.

 ‧ The dilution ratio depends on the strength of the surface and whether a hardener has been used for grinding and polishing. If no hardener has been used, it is recommended to apply two coats (1:6, 1:3) for enhanced waterproof and oil resistance.

 ‧ The higher the grit size of the polished surface, the finer the surface. For a surface with a grit size of 800 or above, dilute the solution with 6 parts water to ensure sufficient penetration into the surface.

 ‧ Keep the surface wet for 3-5 minutes during application. The higher the dilution ratio, the longer the wetting time and the possibility of applying multiple coats. Apply the solution in a crisscross pattern for even coverage.

 ‧ After 30 minutes or when the surface is dry, use a sheepskin pad to remove any crystallized residue for a finished surface.

 ‧ The material is a concentrated solution that should be diluted for use, allowing you to adjust the dilution concentration based on different concrete densities and reduce transportation costs.

 ‧ Dilute the material with tap water, and use it within one week to prevent material degradation.

 ‧ Stir the solution before each use to prevent sedimentation and achieve the best results.

 ‧ The ideal temperature for application is between 5°C and 40°C (41°F and 104°F).

 ‧ The waterproofing effect is indicated by a lotus leaf-like water droplet shape.

 ‧Avoid contact with water within 24 hours after application.

 ‧ Package: 20 kg/ pail.

 ‧ Storage: Store in a dry place & restrict to sunlight.
